Damage. Review on Shopclues

I order a product on October 02 and today is 21 and they don't have any answers.and they also can't track our order.other sites are take max to max 5 to 6 working day but hear after 19 day there is not available any information about my product.During this time I have communicate 4-5 times with different officer. Every time every officer replied your product will be deliver with in 3-4 days. But no one has been Delivered. .this company will soon shut down they are CHEATERS bad they have cheated me badly I order all products by net banking but the product did not came to my house. I requested them but they denied every time and after sometime the did not even replied to my mails.my order id and product information is as follows. Order(99849196 and 100972498) Another problem is: I ordered the product black color shoe size is 8 but I had received damaged shoe size is 7, when I has see the product and book that time shoe and received shoe is very different. no one accept my complaint.that product I'd is 99850877. Please friends hereafter don't buy and order from this website.
