I wanted to buy a wall clock for our house. I was looking online and found some good clocks on Shopclues.com. I selected a "Plaza Pendulum Wall Clock" and made the payment online. After 3 days, I got a mail from Snapdeal that my order has been shipped, but it took 5 days for the order to be delivered to my address. I was not at all impressed with the packing as it looked tamperred. After unpacking the box, I found that the clock was broken and the glass had a small crack. I called the customer care and spoke to a lady named Shruthi, I told her about the delay in delivery and the broken clock that I received. She thanked me for the feedback, apologized for the inconvenience and asked me if I would like to return the product or if I could adjust with the same. I demanded for a refund and returned the broken clock.
