(UNRESOLVED TICKET NO.665801dt.12-01-2017) I am very unhappy to inform you that in this 5th Anniversary your service level has very much come down. I am a regular purchaser from you and I have all along given good feedback to you in various social forums such as facebook, linkiden, Mouth shut. Contrary to this now I had very bitter experience now that too for a small legitimate refund amount of Rs.375/-. As you see from my Profile I ordered for a Bag on 12-01-2017 for Rs.375/- and while making the ON-Line payment this amount was deducted twice in my Bank account. I immediately placed the ticket with you bearing No.665801. I called you on 13-01-2017. Your Helpdesk told me to wait for 48 Hours for redressal. Since nothing is heard from your Helpdesk I contacted you again on 23-01-2017. You said you needed the Bank Statement, to check the double payment. Hence I obtained the Bank statement from Syndicate Bank for one month till 20th of this month and submitted to you ON 24-01-2017 to your Customer care. Then I called your Helpdesk and spoke for about 10 minutes regarding my submission of the Bank statement. Your official told that he has not received my mail. I again forwarded and told him to check. Then he told that the mail is received, but the attached file is corrupt and he wanted me to convert the pdfattachment into image file and send to him again. This also I did . I contacted again. The most annoying part with the HelpDesk is each time a different person would pick the phone and there is no co-ordination between the HelpDesk personnel. They are also not in a position to connect to the previously spoken person, even though I named him. Hence I had to explain the whole issue again and again to different personnel of HelpDesk. Now this time, even though the HelpDesk personnel could open my file and satisfied that the payment is done twice, the personnel could only forward the issue to the concerned dept., without resolving the issue. The personnel is not sure when the Refund would be made. Now the Helpdesk people feels that the issue is over once they forward my representation to some other dept. They are least bothered to redress the complaint. Without solving the issue in hand, the Personnel asks if anything more is needed? The point now is when will I get the REFUND?. The Helpdesk isnot ina position to redress my REFUND issue even after 13 days. In mouthshut site, I have given a Good rating earlier and now I had to change this. Regds, Radhakrishnan M N
