Shopclues - Cheating and Fraud in name of Independ

Shopclues as always is going worst day by day from the time they started as an online selling website. Recently


they came up with a foul play with one promotion which they named "100% cashback offer - Independence Day Sale"


1] 100% cashback in form of cluebucks from 11th to 15th Aug 2015


2] Minimum cart value Rs. 690


3] Max. cashback of 1000 cluebucks


I placed and order(Order number 64967006) on 13th August 2015 worth Rs. 1056.


One of the sellers of Shopclues cancelled products which were supposed to be delivered by him and because of this he brought my order value below Rs. 690. Now its not my fault that seller of shopclues cancelled order, as sellers are managed by shopclues and not me. If one seller cancels order, its for shopclues to get it delivered by another seller.


I placed my order with shopclues, so any cancelleation from shopclues end or seller end, as its not cancelled from my end, this turns out to be shopclues fault and customer cannot be penalized by not getting the promotion benefit because of shopclues and its seller fault.


I raised complaint/ticket and exchanged around 30 mails with Shopclues customer support starting 20th August 2015 till date, but they just act as deaf ears to customer. Shopclues customer support just keep replying with template response and sometimes does not even reply. I asked for arranging a manager callback, which they have not arranged from 2 months now.


Overall, they are cheating customers wherein they themselves cancel part of order so that customer order value goes below promotion min value and they end up paying no benefit to customer. They acheieve to lure customers, and then make a fool out of them where customer is just on loosing end.
