After so many days I came to know suddenly that my refund has been issued without my permission or knowledge.

If you aren't capable enough for providing the product, why the product was booked.

Pathetic and non sense service!

You named it Shopclues when you don't have a clue about what you are doing. Really pissed off and pathetic service.
