Shopclues Sells Cheap... But, Is it Good?

I have been a regular shopper with Shopclues for the past 1 year and mostly enjoyed their discount offers on small items such as daily usable goods or utility items.


I never faced any issue with their delivery status or product quality until the last shopping experience with Shopclues, which turned out to be a nightmare.


Half a dozen of my items weren't delivered as per schedule in October(the customer care cited holiday season as the excuse for delays) and there have been unreasonable delays from the courier companies - DOTZOT and ECOM EXPRESS, two lesser known e-tail partners of shopclues.


ECOM EXPRESS took close to three weeks to deliver three of my items that were shipped through them, while DOTZOT has simply ignored the repeated escalations I made through Shopclues customer care for the past two weeks.


The weirdest part is that DOTZOT's Shipment tracker clearly shows that the item has reached the nearest hub to my locality, Chamarajpet Bangalore, on 5 November.


Today is 17 November and folks at DOTZOT have smartly duplicated the status as arrived on 13 November on their shipment tracker after repeated complaints about not delivering my USB car charger(order#24993775: https://secure.shopclues.com/index.php?dispatch=orders.details&order_id=24993775
)


I am truly agitated and upset over the lack of responsibility from Shopclues, as the order status on their website still shows "Shipped", while the order date reads 27 October 2014.


The vendor dispatched my item on 30 October and the very next day it was assigned to DOTZOT.


Now, the big question: WHAT IS DOTZOT DOING WITH MY USB CHARGER WHICH ARRIVED IN BANGALORE ON 5 NOVEMBER AND NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN DONE TILL TODAY(17 NOVEMBER)?


Kindly forgive my previous statement in CAPS, as this complaint seems to be falling on deaf ears, since I have been writing dozens of e-mails to Shopclues customer care and they did not even bother to give me a logical response or solution.


When I demanded refund, they have started ignoring my e-mails and simply asking me for more time with automated response tactics! They don't have the courtesy to even type a response manually.


To make them understand I have even sent a screenshot showing the Shipment tracker status for my order with DOTZOT, still the customer care people have no shame to accept the mistake and give me a refund.


Is this a SHAM or SCAM? I need a fast response from Shopclues. I had been their loyal customer for months. But, not anymore in the future as I have decided to stop buying from them.For those who think this is a fake review. please check these links:

On the contrary, DOTZOT Shipment tracker for tracking# 700001294329 says: Item arrived at destination Bangalore on 5 November and the duplicate entry says arrived on 13 November.

What a joke and scam these people are playing to eat my money and avoid the delivery of my USB car charger.
