I have ordered Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD Slim LED Television(Code: 2215110) from Shopclues.com on 14th october. My order no is 23281575 and merchant Name is "ONE STOP SHOP". It has been 6 days passed since my order but my order is in still "Processing - Pickup Initiated" stage.


I logded a complain regarding "Order is in processing state for more than three days" on 18 Oct, they gave me a ticket number 1219583 saying we try our best to get back to you within 2 working days.


I have neither received any reply from shopclues.com  nor any intimation about delay in dispatch of the above item till now .
