Receive cheated BlackBerry Z10 imported. Review on Shopclues

This is once again I would  like to say dont even try to purchase any gadaget from this website. After 18 days of followup with these shopeclues guyz they not even refund my money in my bank account. and they promise to resolved the problem by 17.02.2015.

But no response. fake online shoping experiance along with fake items they sell regards

I dont understand why they are not refunding the amount in my bank account even after submitting my Bank detail. im fad up with this casing. We want to inform you that your Order Number: 35055115 has been initiated for refund.

Now finally after 10 days the team ShopClues return the bbz10 imported from the house. But still no information about the refund. This web site is very slow as compared to flipkart, Amazon Myntra etc .neither they update on time. They mail to rectify by 17.02.2015.

Now today is 15th and still no updated of the returned product and refund money for that cheated fraud BlackBerry Z10, shipped from Zee Communications, New Delhi. Guys beware before this and I'm holding my complain for 1 week more till 20th. Let's hope . They understand democracy and won't repeat this again.

ITDC Hy guys after so many reminders, emails n images for my prestigious issue of Rs 13950 as I told earlier and the same is written below. This ShopClues decline my return order with any reasons. Now I have decided to lodge complain against the ShopClues and there dealer so called Zee Communication, New Delhi who cheated my sending BB Z10 imported one. So hope ur wishes are with me and will receive my money through court. Posted dated 3.2.15

I ordered blackberry z10 for Rs 13950.00 from ShopClues but they provide imported item of UK make with two different imie numbers. The same already been wrote by me on my previous review dated 2.2.15.

Now after being 4 dayz of my return requested they are just asking for pics and apologised but with zero action. I will not let my 13950.00 in fraud. We all suffered should lodge a complain in Consumer Forum so that these type of website got panelized and no other can hanged in this. After 1 week if don't get my money back I will definably lodge a FiR for the dealer called ZEE communications and against ShopClues.com along with social media publicity Order id 35055115

Specifically if your complaint is about the sale of hazardous goods, the Forum / Commission can direct the Opposite Party not to offer the hazardous goods for sale and to withdraw the hazardous goods from being offered for sale.

n.You are also entitled to claim the costs of your complaint from the opposite   party.  Hence include that amount in your complaint.

In case the limitation period expires, the Forum or Commission may still take your complaint on board, if they are convinced about the reasonableness of the cause for the delay. However, do avoid delays, since you will be required to provide explanations for every single day.

7.Consumers facing the same problem can come together and file a single complaint.  Enclosing a petition with the complaint stating that the facts and circumstances relating to the complaint and the relief claimed are the same for all the petitioners and that they may be allowed to join together and file a single complaint.
