In all these years of online shopping this thing never happened with me.what any online buyer will tag as worse nightmare of online shopping.That is NON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AFTER MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT and perpetrator of this tragic act is none other than shopclues.com.story goes.
I ordered LED Ladi set order number-71531575 on 15th of October and was expecting the delivery before Diwali.I did not get the order till 5th of November.Getting restless I asked shopclues about the order.Customer care told me your order is now out of stock.way to go mam(i said in my mind) if so please cancel the order now I have to buy my Diwali light from local market and thanks for making me wait 20 days.
I thought chapter closed but no On the next day I got SMS that my order has been delivered.I asked in my family about the order no one received any packet that day.
I contacted shopclues about non delivery and till today no refund no proof of delivery(which they promised that will be sent to my email).They are now telling me "it might take 7-10(more) days for sending proof of delivery".I wonder how they gona produce "proof of delivery" when it is non-existent.A wonder which only people at shopclues has clue.On top of that non delivery of order in 30 days isn't it some thing absurd.Thankfully order is of just 270 Rs. shopclues has lost something irrecoverable -customers trust.Now they seem to me more like callous thieves.I will wait for 10 days if no refund made I will register a complaint at customer complaint office.
