Very bad experiance with worst website.. Review on Shopclues

shopclues meant to cheat customers they first grab all the customers by showing 85% discounts and 90% discounts and share them on facebook and some popular social networks the products bought from them are in worst condition and my personnel experiance is I buied a pair of night pants because of saying that only for 299/- I got a post in facebook when I clicked on that post they asked me postal zipcode(or) pincode and I gave them and it showed me extra 150/- for delivery charges but also I ordered them and I got delivery with in 15 days of time and I just wore to see how it looks then I observed that the zips to it were gone and the cloth quality is as worse than a cloth we use to clean dust in home and customer serivce is very badddd and when I called to customer support I did'nt get good response from them and I asked them for a refund and they asked me weather you want to order anthing else or refund I told I don't want any thing from it I want my money back I asked them then they told me a bigggg lengthy process of getting refund with all worries I gave them the details of my bank account and they told me refund will be back after 20 working days I shocked and I got angry and I ordered them to put my money back into my account after 5-8 days after refund processing they stopped my refund because of some minor issue for that also I wasted my call charges and waited till the executive come into line and he corrected the mistake and told my sorrry and processed my refund request I thought that people would say like that only and dared to buy the such product with such a bad worst experiance I came to know that about the website so please don't face any problems like I faced.
