I ordered TP-LINK TD-W8961N300 Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router on 28 Nov 15 and same has been confirmed that estimated delivery on 7th or 8th Dec 15. But, I received only after long tracking with courier on 18 Dec 15. After I received only I came to know that I ordered wrong item and purchased ADSL Wifi moderm instead of wifi router.
So, I requested shopclues for return request. But no proper reply from shopclues.com. After few days they given reply in return status as "information required-pending customer action". But I already give sufficient info and posted image of items for return but no reply from shopclues. Finally without my problem solved/knowledge shopclues themselves mentioned that "return request closed". Here after I will never purchase any item from shopclue. Thank you for your such hopeless service.
