I placed an order online for "Elegant Bath Towel Combo-Set of 2" on 20th Feb, 2014.
These were received by me on 24th Feb, 2014.
In the order sizes of Towel were published as 55 X 110 cms.
But the Two Towels I received were of Wrong sizes. One of them was 51 X 85 cm & other one 52 X 92 cm, while as per details given sizes should have been 55 X 110 cm. Both of them are of poor quality & not at all match with the FEEL & WEAVE reflected in the portal site.
I wrote to SHOPCLUES for return of these towels & reason was " Wrong Size"
I got Return Ticket for sending it back. But now they want a snapshot of the product which is again packed & Return Ticket pasted on it!
I do not understand that if the sizes are wrong then How come snapshot is required with a snap shot one cannot measure the size?
Today I spoke to their Customer Care & explained that I have already replied expressing my inability in opening packet again as it has been Repacked but they insisted on sending the snapshot.
I feel this is pure harassment 7 against their Return Policy which explicitly says .

When registered complaint is about SIZE.What significance is of SNAPSHOT?
This is just pure breach of trust by SHOPCLUES.COM.
