Shopclues is a Online shooping website which says itself a wholeseller but it is not a wholeseller. I always try to skip over them as I have heard and experienced their services are really bad. The Products availed by them is of very bad quality. I do not like them anymore after my first order delay of 15days and not worth the money that I spent on it. Some of the reason that I meaned for skipping deals over shopclues.com are
1.Delay in Delivery- They never dispatches item before 5 days and then they want customer to be happy from them how can it be possible. Late dispatch from the seller means delay in the delivery.
2.Cheap quality- Shopclues is a platform that now a days are providing goods at a high rates and the quality of the product they provide is very cheap and poor. They can never remain in use for a long time.
3.Customer Care- The Customer care support is very bad they put the call on hold for 10-15 minutes that lead to disconnect the call from the customer due to a long waiting and no response over call. Mailing them also results the same and if by chance they will not consider our problem as a problem and says “Sorry, Sir we can not help you in this matter. Please contact our customer care for more information”.
4.Delay Refunds- I have experienced my own that they do a delay in refund even the product has reached to the seller and they will ruin with our money for several day playing with their customer’s feeling. I got my refund after 8 days that is too long time to wait.
These were some of the reasons why I am skipping over the shopclues as it does not satisfies me and my aspects.
I will suggest you not to even give a try to it just go to professional online shopping stores.
