I have experienced most Sluggish Services, No process in place at all, even they expect customer to track their order themselves.


Now even after 45 days I am yet to receive Samsung 32" LED TV ordered over shopclues in a impression that its best rate online. But at the end I have lost much more money in terms of non receiving the product and following up with them constantly. Mental Pain.


I understood to prefer & buy from some good online retailer like flipkart.com / yebhi.com / tradus.com than the https://shopclues.com.. I guess even timtara would be a good option than this site.
