The overall service and the support render by the customer care team in ShopClues.com are PATHETIC and not competing in any of the mandatory service aspects and also as per the general legal norms, as like other standard and reputed shopping websites.
This is in terms of Payment issues, Delivery delays, Exchange issues, unprofessional customer response, unattended/deferring the customer complaints, improper resolving quality and ignored customer satisfaction level etc.,
Out of my 4 years of online purchasing experience, ShopClues.com is the one which is ANNOYING the customer with inadequate website information and vague/arrogant response from customer care folks, even for the repeated escalations and complaints(especially after receiving successful payment confirmation from customer).

This develops a fear among the online customers and IT segment customers as it has many worst feedback's in most of the blogs/forums.
So, if you're care about all the concerns/issues/complaints/dissatisfaction which every one is experiencing through ShopClues.com, please cascade and communicate this awareness mail to all innocent and new online customers. Support, Educate and save customers and consumers rights.
