I had bought almost 40-50 times from them since last 1 year, but in last few months they had gone to such a low level in  terms of product quality, delivery period, and specially Customer Care, I am regular online buyer and buy atleast 25-20 items online per month, tried all sort of websites but never seen worst customer care then shopclues.


In recent month my many orders had gone for replacement or refund with shopclues, their vendors dont even care what you had ordered they will simply ship any dead stock with them because they know that shopclues will take eternity to resolve any issue and customer will keep that waste with him instead of following CC.


Present case Order No.-17494449, bought curtains from them(plain cream color) they dispatched printed ones in brown color since packet was bit torn it was visible that product is different I refused to accept the packet and mentioned the cause on it, informed their CC about the incident they said once product is received by vendor we will refund / Replace the product. interesting thing is that these curtains were bought against refund of cluebucks(and some more payment) received for return of curtains only against earlier order no.-15683055, this means its second time in arow they had fooled me.


Product recieved by vendor on 20th august, also shown in courier tracking website(see screenshots) since then I am mailing and calling them again and again but no response from them just COPY PASTE response "ISSUE WILL RESOLVE IN 48 HRS" to hell with 48 hrs its almost 60 days since then, now they have both my money and product, evn vendor on phone confirmed that he had received the packet but said refund or replacement will be decided by shopclues now their CC not even responding to my emails. I had waited for such a long time before writing this review because I was their long time customer and do not want to defame them for just bit time delay. but 2 months is too much.


CONCLUSION - Do NOT. Buy from shopclues ……cheaters….Fraud…. its worst then road side markets, selling cheap, discarded and defective goods even that on price higher then local market, their customer care is non existent. Do not even visit their website otherwise you will loose your hard earned money and valuable time following their CC.
