Worst experience of shopping. Review on Shopclues

Hello viewers how are you today so today I am going to review on Shopclues.com yeah you have listened right ShopClues have built in application also but they are a big cheater a big fraud because I have ordered something about 3 months ago and that is bed sheets only at rupees 180 so I feel ok and after that I have ordered curtains only at rupees 1:30 I said OK after that I received my parcel but not one person there are three parcels of that so I have said to the delivery boy that I have ordered only one so cancel the 2 so he said to me ok no problem and I have one parcel with me and and I have open that parcel so I got one curtain which is not good and Burn from the middle so you cannot you said it is useless so the second item was a bed sheet so I have open the bed sheet and the same with that also so it is burnt from bottom but no problem it is covered with other thing so there was angry birds painting on that so I have just put it the pillow over that burnt side so I can use it but that is also useless for me but I have raised request for refund for my curtains but they told me that you can not refunded because you have not paid buy the card you have done the cash payment COD so I was worried about it and I had said that ShopClues cannot do this for me but Flipkart and all the pics sites can does the things for me so they said ok no problem we can try at least so the delivery boy has come to my doorstep and collect that product and they said that your payment will be done to your card so I have given my father's card at that time and call the ShopClues deal they were busy at that moment after two or three hours later call is received and they said ok we received your card number and your details so we will refund you after two or three days but there was no refund after calling the customer care they was saying OK it is technical issue so your refund will be done after 4 days I said ok no problem it is not a big amount so I was not worried about that but after 17 days later my refund is credited on my father's account and they have Out delivery charges and then they give me that money return and that is only 75 rupees so I think I was cheated by the ShopClues and I have never had ordered anything else from this ShopClues but that is not the big problem with this again the parcel has come to me that two parcels and I have said that these are not mine again and again they are coming till 3 months and I have said to the delivery boy they are not mine at all after 13 times I have said that to the delivery boy and after frustrating with that product of I have called that merchant and said that I don't want your products this was born from that side and I am using your product still so don't cheat peoples and I have abused a lot to him because I was in stress that time because my money has been vanished I have got that all in 300 rupees but if I go to market I will buy that thing only in 200 so ShopClues go away from India you are not able to happy your customers so ShopClues zero points for my side so this is my short review on shopclues.com if you like the review just press the like button or comment or you can directly message me on my inbox or you can just follow me by following me
