Biggest Fraudster website..NEVER buy. Review on Shopclues

I had ordered a JBL Charge Bluetooth wireless Speaker on shopclues.com on 01 Dec 2014 with order id #28395771. When I opened the package I immediately realized that it was NOT the item as originally ordered by me and moreover it was a fake item too. The "JBL" logo or name is not mentioned anywhere on the box. The packaging was so cheap that the inner plastic tray was already broken. The speaker was not even wrapped in a polythene sheet. Also the user handbook was shoddy and did not have JBL printed on it. In the usual place of logo mark, it was just a red square box kind of mark printed. I am really shocked that Shopclues indulges in such blatant fraud and cheating. .

After a considerable they accepted my return request five days back and I was assured that a reverse pickup will be arranged and I shall soon receive a call. Today, five days have already passed and NOTHING has moved despite myself calling them thrice to raise the level.

When today evening I again called the customer care on 0124-4414888, I was given the same excuse that I shall be contacted within next 48 hours. I repeatedly requested the executive to connect me to senior executives and after repeated requests, she told me that Mr Satyender Kumar will now speak to me. I was then made to hold the line for more than 17 minutes and then call was disconnected by them. I again called to speak to Mr Satyender Kumar and again after holding the phone line for more than 15 minutes, call was disconnected by these people. .Such a pathetic service.Shopclues.com

I urged them to please take stern action against these fraud merchants who sold fake items on your website. But they did not take any action on this

I also intend to bring this to the notice of JBL Company representatives for their further action, if required in future.
