Pathetic site and horrible after sales service due to my 2 consecutive bad experiences.
(1) I had order multi chopper under order # 7367607. I used it for the first time after 20 days of receiving. On first use itself, blades came out. Now I am being told that shopclues has only 10 days return policy. Hence they cannot do anything. My repeated feedbacks are not being posted on the product page as they are negative feedback. There are choppers with a price tag of 100 to 200 available in market. But we purchased chopper worth 800 bucks believing it must be of better quality(typical Indian mentality). This myth has successfully been broken by Shopclues. Issue has been escalted, but I have low hopes from shopclues after sales department now(Shopclues, prove me wrong.).
(2) My order # 8885685 was delivered in damaged condition. On reporting and requesting for replacement, an auto generated mail was sent with an assurance of replying with 3-4 days. Even after 8 days, no response. On calling customer care today, first call is picked up and then disconnected. Second call is picked up and CC agent, Mr. Sandeep does not respond for next 3-4 mins. I can very well hear conversations going on behind the mike. Anyways, on asking why I didn't get any response for more than 8 days, I got the lamest reply - "merchant did not respond". How do I care? I purchased through Shopclues and hence, shopclues is responsible to
co-ordinate between me and the merchant , else I would have been buying through merchant directly. Now, I have been promised to for a "reply"(not resolution) within next 24 hours. Lets see.
