I ordered a camera from Shopclues on April 30th(order number 48864569). I recd an email that the package was dispatched on 5th May. No delivery has been made till now. I have written and called several times, but the customer care keeps giving a standard reply of resolving the issue within 48 hours but several such 48 hour deadlines have passed already.
I checked with the courier company also who tells me that they have created a tracking number on behest of the seller, however, no package has been handed over to them for delivery, hence they have not been able to update the delivery date. I took from the courier company the name of the seller who is supposed to send the product. They gave me a number in the name of Dhruv Tandon from Jewel Orchid. When I tried calling him, he did not pick the call. When I tried calling again, each time his number comes busy. It seems he has blocked me and a standard message is playing. The shopclues team two days back told me that the package is found and will be delivered, while the courier still denies it. The delivery date on the tracking number still shows N/A.
Now I am just trying to get my refund. I am not interested in getting the delivery. Just want my money back. I am contemplating police action against them. Will file a complaint if the matter lingers on any further. This is my worst experience in online shopping ever. Do not be fooled by shopclues. They are a website with little sensitivity towards their customer. . Their customer support is nothing but a bunch of liars.
