Ridiculous after sales support. Brought a metal bed from furniture Kraft through shopclue. Defective piece received after 20 days. Post delivery the order got closed, installation was forgotten. Call them they pushed on furniture Kraft and the number provided was disconnected. Finally got in touch of furniture Kraft through some source they asked to raise it with shopclue.
After the dogging game of 10days furniture Kraft took responsibility but no revert yet. At the end I am being pushed to file a consumer complaint and the best part is shopclue does not want a review.
