I have ordered an item Bostan Running Shoes For Men Electra Grywht( QTY: 1) with order number 64429774. They have delivered the order on 16 Aug 2015 from that time onwards I am asking for exchange by giving a call to customer service number nearly 5 times and send the mail for the same. But every time they will say that your problem will be solved in 2 days and out guys will pickup the item. But it won't happened on top of that they will send the feedback for not doing any thing.If you are choosing choose item correctly, if you need exchange people need to wait for years.

I asked for the retun as og no one came to collect the product and I didn't get any call also. I am waiting from last 20 days for the same. There is no proper response from u r side. Daily I am getting parcel to office thought u r people will give a call but that is no happening. I will suggest my friends not to buy any products from shopclues.
