I normally used Snapdeal and am quite fine with them. But thought, for a change would use Shopclues. All went well, I mean the booking and paying process, and after a day of payment - i.e 28 of March, when I checked back, I was surprised to see that the delivery day was given as 7th of April. Snapdeal have often delivered the product on 3rd and 4th days.
Anyways, I just cursed myself for the decision and decided I will wait. Today, 1st of April, 5th day of payment, these people revert that they are unable to ship and it will be delayed by another few days. I have cancelled the order.
What surprised me is, when I tried to email them, I got an automated reply which mentioned somebody will get in touch within 48 hours.
I wonder which world these people are living in.
Please DO NOT use this website for shopping. This seems to be the worst online shopping site in India.
