I bought a Samsung Charger from shopclues.com and after three-four days of delivery it stopped working.
I complaint about the same to the retailer as well as Shopclues.com and it took one week to discuss the issue and finally I was assured 110% refund within 7-10 days and its been 15 days since I got mail from Shopclues regarding my refund and I'm still waiting for any action. I'm not sure that charger was genuine or not.
Customer service is very very poor.
