Radhika Aggarwal, Sandeep Aggarwal, Sanjay Sethi. friends this company shows you lots of categories like under 99 under 149 like this. and not by product. they display the different product on category ad and when we open it different irrelevant products are present there. So these guys just miss guides the user. also they show very less price of any product and when we finally rich to pay option it shows shipping charges more than product cost like suppose if u r buying wallet and its price is 99 then shipping charges will be 250 or 300 like this. customer service is very bad they are not quick responsive. even not giving right information about the product. I remember once I order a running shoes from them in blue color of 9 number they sent out me 7 number shoes in black color. once my sister order a window curtain and they sent out a pillow cover. so this is a service. also product quality is too worst., means it just a west of time and money also. deliver time they take 7 to 8 days and many time 15 days and you must need to wait for that much time. I dont know about the shopclues app but yes website is miss guide to ous. and not that must user friendly. this is not a reliable site . Friends you want to do online shopping must go for Flipkart here you will get all genuine product. this is not a reliable site .
