I personally encourtered a lot of issues in terms of quality of the products from shopclues. The website has all the cheap quality products ranging from clothing to electronics. Website never mentions that the product listed is first copy or duplicate. I purchased a reebok watch from their website on sunday shopping day for 129 rupees. I thought it might be of good quality and due to sunday flee market sale it was listed so cheap. When I received thebproducts the box containing the watch was already damaged. When I opened the box the watch glass was broken and dialer was not working. Immediately I called shopclues customer service and told them the issue. They said it might be logistic issue and they cant really help on it as we do quality checks and then dispatch the products to customers. Unfortunately afger attempts I was not able to hold on the right person and my money got wasted. I urge people please do not look at the money whether the product is cheap as it might be you another victim who will face similar issue like me.
