Hi,
I have purchased “Monster Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Over the head headphones Black” in shopclues.com on August 23rd 2013 for Rs.8000 and I have received it on September 3rd 2013. Up on opening the box I have found it was a fake product with transparent reddish color and white ear-cups which you will not find this color headphones in Beats website.
I have raised a complaint that the item was fake. I have received email they will get back to me in 48 hours but no reply for 2 days. After two days I have called customer about the status, he replied me they had send me an email asking for snapshots of fake product but I didn't get any email from them and customer support guy asked me to reply to old complaint email with pics of fake product. I have send images of fake product.
On 07th September 2013, I have received email from them saying:

Moreover the delivered product is 100% genuine and of standard quality. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill your request.

I have no idea how they can say that the product I have received is 100% original? They are not even interested in hearing to customers want they are saying. Upon clicking the product link
” http://www.shopclues.com/monster-beats-by-dr.-dre-studio-over-the-head-headphones-black.html” I am unable to access it now, it redirects me to Shopclues home page, they have remove the link itself this is called cheating the customer
Also they say in return policy “https://shopclues.com/return-policy.html” if we get “Significantly different from the description given by the merchant” / “Wrong Color” we can return products but why they are not willing to listening to me. I have got wrong color and also Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
