This is among the of the biggest movies of the year. At the beginning it just looks like one of those star studded movies with a lot of attitude and panache. But, at the end one wonders - would India have been different if ATS was still in operation?

The story revolves around Maya(Vivek Oberoi) and his cronies who work for a money extorting Dubai-based don and the police force headed by Khan(Sanjay Dutt). The story starts as a narration of events - the start to end of Maya's reign on Mumbai.

Vivek's brilliant portrayal of a rugged no-shit Bhai steals the show. Sanjay Dutt and Suniel Shetty with oddles of attitude are good. Tushar kapoor must do something abt his voice to be taken seriously. Aarti Chabbria is reduced to a role of a over-exposing bar dancer. Arbaaz is irritating with his overly correct usage of hindi and urdu.

The movie is a definite watch for all the style and fast paced narration it brings. There doesnt seem to be a dull moment, except the song sequences which seem out of place all the time. The movie could have been better had it not been for songs being thrust in for no reason. This movie has it all - action, emotions, a bit of comedy. But, the most important message comes at the end of the movie with Amitabh Bacchan's question. A sure watch.
