Let me explain how exactly to ball (or throw it to be exact!). There are a quite a few ways in which you can do it.This is classified based on the action of the release of the bowl.

One - The boring ordinary ball- Start the run up, slowly pickup the rhythm and increase your speed as much as you can handle. When you see the stop line arriving you start raising your hand from your

back side and when your foot is on the line and not after it you smoothly release the ball in the desired line.

But actually this can be boring method. What is a ball that is not thrown so-

Two- The Jerk ball ball- Start the run up, run fast as if it is an 800 meter race and throw the ball like you would throw a stone on someones head!

Yes! Now you have something. What is the use if such a great amazing thing like a ball is not thrown like a stone.

Three -The yes ball- oops! there is another variation I forgot. Start the run up, run fast, fast and fast like an 800 meter race. and in the end just release the ball.

Now there are several fruits in return-
