Shiv Law House. Review on Shiv Law House - Delhi

We contacted Shiv Law House for trademark registration. The attorney Ramesh C Sharma appeared on the very next day of our call. He demanded Rs.4000 for trademark registration and guaranteed to get it within 8 months. Days/Weeks/Months passed but we never received any trademark. After 12 months, we received a letter from this attorney where he demanded Rs.3500 in pretext of objection on trademark. He also made huge claims that trademark is already published in the annual journal and he can get this objection cleared. Till the day we paid them Rs.3500 and until now we havn't received any trademark. It's over 3 years now and still trademark is pending under objection and it is not ever published in journal.

After repeated calls, he used to hand over his phones to his secretary. Their one and only reply to the call is "SIR IS IN COURT AND HE HAS YOUR FILE" This is the reply even on Saturday. And even blind can tell that Saturday, Courts are OFF in India. They are such a liar's.

In India, trademark and patent office has registered agent list. When we checked his agent code. 3584, we couldn't find any at their website. For all those who wanted to get trademark registered should only take services of listed agents here https://ipindia.nic.in

I hope this review will protect some people from fake lawyers, attorneys whom after payments don't have any options but to CALL and CALL and CALL.

Bottom line is never ever take services from SHIV LAW HOUSE, G-Block Community Center, Vikas Puri.
