First of all don't go with my surname "Shirke" as I'm a genian customer and not belongs to owner or staff.
OK alright - I was looking for someone
who will design kitchen as my convenience, will make change in design till my all family members accept it so they did it. We made changes in design almost 5-6 times took 2-3 weeks to get final one. Without any frustration from Shirke Kitchen which is really nice. Check design in photo.
who will show me all types of material to be used for shutters and cabinet ranges from low -mid - high so they did it.
so I got quotation for all 3 variants makes my decision faster to suites my budget.
who will give me freed to choose hinges, ss trolley instead for insisting to use their own sponsored brands so they allow me to that freedom. I got Hafle hinges and Hetich SS trolleys.
who will give the material on time and correct assurance of dates. Yes they followed correctly.
I got very initial design in two days, material delivered on 29th day from final design and freezing the material type and first 50% payment.
fitting took 2 days(almost 26-30 hrs.) fitting was good, first impression was good where I didn't got smoothness of drawers as per my expectations but it was good. check photo for very first impression.
after installation marketing guy(Mr. Sameer) and Owner Mr. Ganesh Shirke visited site for onsite feedback which is really good and they make sure all things are as per expectations.
1 week after install found some dis-alignment in drawers and cabinet shutter may be loading in it. so ask them to send some person. It took two working days to get men at site. they fixed all nuts and bolts and hinges to make alignment correct.
I received quotation, final bill and life time(10 years) warranty for shutters and cabinet card.
Cost wise I find it is med range where quality of material and work is high.
all staff right from picking your first call, design, sales, worker and owner are really good, supportive.
Overall Shirke Kitchen is good, value for money deal and material. Satisfied
