NOTHING LIKE "SHIRDI". Review on Shirdi

This is Nitesh. Here I m writing about bthe best place on earth i.e Shirdi, the home of our beloved SAI BABA.First of all I must tell you that Shirdi has been improved a lot in these recent years, espeicially the darshan procees and the main temple complex has been taken care nicely.i have visited Shirdi for four times and still desire to visit it every time.

Shirdi is full of comfortable hotels, nice food, travel facilities, ATM`s, etc.All devoties come here to get blessings of Sai Baba.There are many ways to reach Shirdi.The nearest airport is located at Mumbai(282 kms) and Pune(215 nkms), one can take a bus or can hire a car from here to reach Shirdi.Kopargaon(18 kms) is the nearest railway station, but Manmad(59 kms) and Nasik Road(90 kms) are more convenient as taxis are easily available fo Shirdi.All types of buses are available for Shirdi from Aurangabad, Pune, Mumbai, nasik and Surat.Accomodation is not at all a problem in Shirdi, there are countless hotels and guest houses.

One should always try to get a hotel near the temple complex.Hotel Goradias(popular), hotel Saish and hotel Neeta are hotels I recommend.Booking a room in advance is essential if you are reaching Shirdi on thursdays, sundays and holidays.Thursday is considered  the most important day in Shirdi and it gets completely packed on this day.A palki procession is also taken out at night on this day.There are many travel agents in Shirdi for arranging transfers, sight-seeings, etc.

The Samadhi temple is the main attraction in Shirdi, here Baba's samadhi and main idol is present.Dwarkamai, Chawdi, Gurusthan, Khandoba temple, hanuman temple and lendi bagh are important places to visit in Shirdi.A waterpark has also come up in Shirdi.Ram Navami and Dusshera are the main festivals in Shirdi.Once in Shirdi, one must also visit the famous Shrine at Shri Shani Shignapur which is a two and a half hour drive from shirdi.I can assure everyone that visting Shirdi will surely bring down your worries and bring peace in your mind and soul.Do visit Shirdi and dont forget to rate my review.OM SAI RAM.
