Just a cheat or What???. Review on Shine

I had created a profile on Shine.com but I have no qualms to say that it is just good for nothing .This site frequently sends me a mail saying I should update my CV as all companies including TCS,IBM,CTS,Microsoft all are waiting and if I update CV,I will be flooded by call .Once I was entrapped by their bait and updated although I had updated it just 15 days before that time .After two days they called me for an updation in terms of paying more amount .Everyday they would call me though I didn't want to change the job but for future reference I thought I would do update the profile .I paid and updated and they told me within 2 days there would be mail and if I didn't get a mail then they would refund the money .I didn't get any prospect though it was not s necessity but as they had assured,I was awaiting .Then I mailed them and told them for refund .No reply was given .At then I called them and after long wait I was able to speak to someone.They sounded negative.As I told them I would go for consumer forum and then they deducted service tax and returned the amount.

This website is a fraud.I never got any call.They will mail you mentioning the name of an H.R.But they will never give you any believable calls or nothing.They will send you very tiny sort of job info that you never wanted.The website is also full of bugs.the drop down list has many flaws and you will get confused to fill up.Many times it does not attach photos too.
