After getting placed in IT company through college placement I was trying for telecom companies through outsource.
During this trial I came across Shine.com. I filled in my details there and uploaded my resume . I immediately got call from their HR person and he asked about my marks and all that stuffs and asked me deposit 1.5k before hand I talked to my family and they asked me not to go for this option.
I called them and said i'm not interested but still they keep flooding my mailbox with their mails and offers for all I.T companies only. It is really irritating. Never try and upload your details over there they will torture you with calls and mails everyday. I would suggest you to try naukari.com only they are the best:).
