Shine.com is an application and website which acts as an medium between recruiters and job seekers ( according to shine.com ) but actual scene is different , first of all shine.com is a worst job portal to upload your profile, if you want to check whether I am saying right or wrong so just upload the profile on shine.com and you will know the reality.
If you uploaded your resume on shine.com , you will get 10 calls in a day ( not a single call will be genuine ) and all of them ask for sending money like 5000 rupees or they might say come to our office in Delhi and we will let you know the further process and when you will reach office then they will open their mouth for money. It will waste your money as well as time so don't go with this trap guys. I am never going to recommend anyone to create their profile on shine.com because shine.com don't take action towards these frauds and they don't even verify the details of recruiters , naukari.com is far better than shine.com
