I have registerd my profile into a shine portal more then a month but did not getting much attention of employer through this website rarely I am getting call of any company for job.
at a same time I have registered in other website call naukri there I am getting much respond daily atleast one.
When I compared shine V/S naukri app finding following exprience.
-Shine App working really slow.
- Not getting notification of how many recruiter view your profile.
-some time app hang and shutdown in middle.
Sugeest you friend dont relly only on shine website for job.
