Green tea is supposed to be very good for health and fitness. They say it boosts your metabolism and this may help weight loss. Another finding is that it may help prevent cancer.
We became fond of green tea after living in Malaysia as, there, you will always find the Chinese having some of this tea.
It is prepared by pouring some hot water in a mug and adding a few pinches of this tea. You sip it like this, without straining it. It is not very different from hot water. So I would not advise you to spend on this tea unless you are convinced it can help. Or unless you are not too particular about taste.
For a long time we had some good quality green tea given by friends and relatives. This time we had run out of our stock and I bought this brand.
The packaging is very elegant, making it a nice any time gift. The taste is fairly authentic.
