For starters ordered chilly fish and afghani chicken. Both were well made. The chicken pieces were soft and succulent and had the right proportion of burnt flavour in them.Fish item was just perfect - not too hot with an overwhelming presence of capsicum and green chillies.
In the main course we had butter naan, tadka dal, chicken bharta and mutton kadai. The mutton dish stole the show undoubtedly.Had four gigantic pieces-not too bony and the meat was boiled to perfection- a must in any mutton dish. The gravy was not too spicy and comprised of slices of onion and capsicum which added to the rustic flavour as is typical of any dhaba dish. The chicken bharta was equally well-made though some people might find it too sweet for their taste buds. The tadka dal was on expected lines.Nothing to add on that. The butter naan was soft and flaky and melt in your mouth types.Yummy indeed.
We had a couple of pegs and a bottle of strong beer to wash down our food
