This has been the most horrible online shopping experience ever. The clothes are cheap and Taky and did not fit also there was stain on some of the clothes. Moreover there is no clear return policy on their website, you have to put a ticket in and I would be up to over 20 miles by now trying to sort out my return, it's an absolute mess. Moreover I had to pay ₹ 500 for the return and I already paid ₹ 1500 for the item itself. A person told me that they would pay for the half of the postage.
And It's been around 6 months I haven't got any postage money . This is absolutely frustrating. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is totally more than a mess
