Simple fact: They did not stitch the blouse as per specification. I asked for a zip on side. She put hooks on front. asked for border on the back bottom, she put it on sleeves.
When I took it back, they said tailor is not around, come back in 2 days.
Went back and complained to tailor. They said tailor does not know Hindi or English, he does not understand. WT#.
Then why the hell did he not tell that while taking the order.
Obviously they did not take any notes in their white notebook.
It gets interesting, when we ask them to return similar material (unlikely) or at least return the stitching cost. Old lady jumps out of the her seat and starts talking loud. and asks us to get out of the shop or face consequences.
I insist on refunding the money, her daughter-in-law (or daughter) get smart and picks up the scissor from the table and points towards me. AWESOME. I clicked a pic of her.
I told, this is breach of trust, they said do whatever you want. go to police. or whatever.
Avoid at any cost. or dare to be killed. never know she can stab u with the scissors.
Respect for customers. Are you joking!
