I had bought sharp Inverter Split AC one year back. It has stopped cooling. I called up the customer care several times and even after 10 days no one has come to fix it. I have email communication chain email letting me know that it will be fixed soon.
But till now no one has come to fix the issue. Will not recommend to buy sharp AC. In the last season also the AC has gone down and I was told the compression gas need to be refilled. I was charged 3000 for it. The again the AC did not work, I was told some valve need to be replaced, it took 1 week to get it and they charged 2500 for it. But this season again the AC has stopped working. After spending more than 50000 on the AC, I feel cheated by the Sharp AC company. Pathetic service and product. Do not ever by Sharp AC.
