I purchased a sharp Invertor Ac, I was tricked by the sales representative who told that the yield cooling in this model is 4400 watts however the genuine rating is 3600 watts just which I later came to know . I called their client benefit number and following their technician turned up, however he rejected for the installment and asked me that I need to cut my window so that he may get to the wall for open air unit instalment, following day I asked for him to come and do the instalment by one means or another yet he requested additional cash for this. He than sent a fellow who introduced the machine(one of the poorest establishment I have seen on part air conditioning in my life) he didn't have any temp meter, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, after he introduced the machine the cooling was low, I requesting that he demonstrate the gas pressure however he didn't have any pressure gauge and so I was not able to check the cooling effect. It is one of the most amaturiesh and unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced.
