After sale service is very bad. I have requested for service of SHARP split AC after 3 years. Service providers are local repair persons who have charged Rs 1300 for service and gas topping. They just pretended to top up the gas and cleaned the outer unit with mug of water.
They have not given the receipt saying that they will come next day check the AC and give the receipt. After that they disappeared. Repeated calling to SHARP toll free did not help. I think It was blunder to purchase SHARP AC. Service boys was so agitated to know that I have complained to the SHARP and told that I have to take the UNIT for repair. I could not take the chance and complained to SHARP again but no help came forward. I do not want any of SHARP AC.
