Worst AC in the world. Review on Sharp Inverter Split AH XP13LV

Please dont buy any ac product from sharp. I will give negative rating but we dont have negative rating to select thats y am giving 1.Cooler is very much better than sharp inverter ac.I bought sharp inverter ac for 52000. This ac is usefull in only winter and rainy season and it will qork when outside temp is in 20 degrees only.The room is small and ac is not at all cooling the room. Before that we have LG ac it took just 5 mins to cool up the same room but sharp ac is running from last one week but till no room did not cool. And it is running in 16 and coolest mode. We bought this produt last year but from the beginning it is not working. We called to customercare but they did not responce. And they said they will come and check the ac if we give service charge other wise they dont come to server. Even though we have 3 years warenry they did not come to server.
