Do not buy any Sharp products in India guys. You will ruin your life if you to contact their customer service. I have purchased a air conditioner (Sharp) looking at their advertisements and customer service promises.
But now after trying to get my AC serviced (free AC service within 1 year) I am cursing myself that I decided to buy a Sharp product. I logged a AC service complaint with their customer care no on 19 May and their response was that their customer service guy will contact me within 1 Day (advertised you know!!) but till today (25 May) no body has even contacted me back leave aside the AC service.
Whenever I have followed with them they will always say " We are very sorry for the inconvenience, we are again forwarding your request further and escalating it and somebody will contact you" . Believe me I have been hearing this same thing from last 6 days and nothing happens.
Yesterday customer service guy gave me 2 Delhi Nos (since I am from Delhi/NCR) saying this is our Delhi head office no and they will surely help you.
I though that my problems have been solved as I will be able to contact somebody local and my request will be resolved. But to my surprise no body was picking up the phone on these nos even after trying 15-20 times on each of the numbers.
*Worst customer service experience I have ever faced (Sharp - So not fool customers)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To all readers, please do not buy Sharp products and spread this word to all your friends/well wishers, these guys (Sharp) are total CRAPP !!!!!!!*
