The Sharp, once the shop keeper sells the products he forgets the customer. The company sales and support will have to get in touch after that. I had to contact the official marketing people for the response.
The Place Davanagere where the richest residing population in North Karnataka, have most of the business class people live. The consumer goods have lot of space around in the city, The close quality management people will look after each product very carefully before entering the electronic product field.
We had purchased the TV for domestic usage at home 18 years back, the showroom people were very good before and after the period of 2 years, the TV was under some repair and they refused to check the date of the TV sold to us, as we had lost the receipt of the purchase. The TV was serviced and we were charged duly for that. The support staff also didn't bother for that even after we contacted them.
Now also we bought 32 inch LCD some 4 years back and it was serviced for the lighting hit area in our city, which made its IC short circuited because of the Lightning hit on electrical strands on the poles nearby. This was under the warranty of 3 years, they freely serviced the gadget and made it comfortable, but they took time for that, but made it a normal situation after some time.
We had both sweet and bitter memories with the Brand electronic goods, So We are staying with the Brand even after some troubles came up.
Style and designs are good and they are very appealing to the viewership.
Handy also, price is under the budget and they not even charge more for extra service they provide. The Durability is good. Very easy and friendly to use also.
