I have been Sharekhan customer for the past 2 years and this company is the most unreliable company I have ever seen.Normally I am not a day trader and logs in only once in 10 days when I have to open buy or sell some shares. Now when I login I find that my account has been locked because somebody has tried with my login and eventually locked my account. Then I have to call their customer service executive where I have to wait for at least an hour before any customer service executive comes online. Then they will tell me to wait for another half an hour when my account will be unlocked. After an hour or so when I try then when I try to transfer funds from my Bank(HDFC) it will deduct the amount from my bank and suddenly it will show an error.
On checking my account it will show that it has been deducted from my bank but it is not reflecting in my Sharekhan account. Then again I have to call the customer service executive which will take another hour before the problem is resolved and till then the markets has closed down or the price at which I was looking to buy shares has either gone up(OK sometimes it goes down as well). If we try checking the demat account in night after 8.00 pm it will show some weird figures. It will not show all the shares I have in my demat account. It is not working properly at night.
I would say it is the worst Demat service I have come across.
