Customer Service:

At least that is the sense I get from speaking to their executives.I had an account with them for more than 8 years.now I learned the lesson bitter way.


You call their Customer service and people do not respond well, they treat you like "They are doing some favor for you".Now I have decided to move and got an excellent broker who has some customer issues.


I wish I had moved on earlier .SHAREKHAN is really bad and pathetic.Bad service, high brokerage and full of attitude people
