Poor Hospitality and average food. Review on Sharda Lodge, Dadar East, Mumbai

I have never seen such a poor hospitality from any hotel till now.This hotel cum lodge located in Mumbai is just suitable for 1 night stay, it is not suitable at all for staying for a longer period of time.

Accessibility:

This lodge is located at a ten minute walking distance from the Dadar station so regarding the accessibility I have no complaints and even I had no problem in locating the hotel.

Hotel staff:

The hotel staff was very rude and did not answered properly to the queries.The receptionist was so busy that they never oicked up the phone whenever I called for some food.

Accommodation and Rooms:

The rooms were very small and the family of more than 4 members may find difficulty in staying in the room.The bathrooms and toilets were also not thoroughly cleaned and maintained.The room service was also not on time .We checked out from this lodge on the third day due to this reason.

Food:

The food was served in house and it was totally average.They did not had a big variety in food dishes but it was perfectly an average foodie experience.or in other words a mediocre food taste.

Cleanliness:

The floors and the walls of the hotel looked old and felt like it was not cleaned for days.The ventilation was nicely done and the environment in the hotel was fresh.

Bill:

Taking into consideration the type of service food and accommodation the total bill which I got was little bit surprising for me because it was too high than my expectations.Either they should lower down the food and other rates or else they should make some improvements in the hotel rooms and especially the hotel staff should be atleast punctual.

My final words will be a big no to this lodge.I will never suggest you to visit and stay in this lodge as it is not worth of the money which you will pay for that.
