It was the seat of peshwas and maratha empire until 1818 .it's nice place , gate , fountain , garden , mastani darwaja , khidki darwaja , ganesh darwaja etc. The main door is the big wooden and cast iron block which is very huge and built to shop enemy armies , now a great place for taking photos.
